Who's Next II (playlist by Sto)

It’s been a minute hasn’t it? Well I’m trying to get more active on this website providing my own personalized playlists, articles and just more content in general. I’ve been working on playlist type content since doing my podcast wayyy back in 2009. Spotify allows me to introduce you to new artists and give you something to listen to through the week.

The first edition of “Who’s Next” can be found HERE, I was too lazy to whip up a post last time, but this time I wanted to do at least a bit of a description. For the second edition, I’ve decided to keep the playlist to 15 tracks. I did want this to flow like the mix CDs we used to make in high school. “Verydirect” by Cypher Clique I thought was a easy way to grab your attention with a heater and follow it up with another by North Carolina’s Pat Junior in “Pressure”.

Nolan The Ninja & E-Fav (of Clear Soul Forces) appear twice on this playlist (yes, on purpose) as features. I finally got around to listening to Semi Six & Ilajide’s collab record and “Park Orange” and noticed Nolan & E-Fav appear here and on the A-Minus & Chanes record. Closing a playlist properly is important to me, Android No. 23’s I-95 is an energetic start to the outro and having Westside Gunn & The Mutant Academy is the prime way to close this.
